Igbo Heritage is established for Ndi Igbo to come and work together by contributing their skills and resources for the purpose of nurturing and promoting igbo consciousness
Igbo Heritage is keen to invest and acquire a community resource centre where cultural events can be held. This includes where our cultural artefacts can be showcased and for the youths to be mobilised with igbo language. We are committed to providing educational, welfare and awareness of igbo culture and heritage to our community. We understand the need to implement and at the same time harness the integration of other comminuty and ethnic group in our action plan. We are continuing to organise some exclusive awards to recognize and encourage our Igbo sons and daughters in order to aspire and realize their ambition and goals.








The members of Igbo Heritage gave awards during the month of July 2009 to prominent Igbo leaders, achievers and talented individuals from around the world. This is part of the commitment to the promotion of Igbo Heritage, consciousness and development including but not limited to developing and promoting Igbo language and culture. Amongst those who received their special awards were Her Excellency Dr Mrs K Chikwe Ambassador extra ordinary who flew in all the way from Nigerian Embassy in Ireland, The deputy high commissioner Ambassador Dozie Nwanna OON also received an award and ofcause the first black female Mayor of London Borough of Waltham Forest The Worshipful The Mayor Cllr Anna Mbachu
